HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!!!
though i'm a little late but it's always better to be late than never. =)
GST hike, flour hike, taxi fares hike. everything also hike but pay no hike. even angbaos also no hike. >.<
i'm here to blog about good news. =))) i was richer by $16.50 yesterday! not because i won that money on the mahjong table but i manage to recover the money shortage i had a few days ago. wee~

that day was a bad day...business was slightly better than usual but at the end of the day i had a shortage of $16.50. =(
that day there was this china lady who tried to snatch a freebie from me. she demanded for the freebie because her purchase was quite alot. i tried shoving her a freebie from some other brands but she insisted on this CD makeup pouch. she even threatened that she won't make any purchases if i don't give in to her. i had to call up my supervisor and she had no choice but to let the customer have her way. but at the end of the day. i keyed the wrong button. instead of pressing the "absr tax" button, i pressed "cash". (how smart~ =.=)

but that was not the highlight of the day. there was a case of theft!! *brightens up*
actually i was rather calm because afterall i don't have to pay for the missing good. =p because it's the security's fault for not glueing her(security's a girl) eyes on the cctv.
it was rather amazing. the whole event happening so fast and how the security and the thief became like best friends and ended up exchanging their facebooks. O.o
the person who stole the perfume was a lady as well. a blond yet not angmoh with dark skin tone lady. she had her husband(or boyfriend) with her and they have a kid.

in short, she was later caught then she came back to pay for the item. no police report made. but she and her hubby kissed in front of my counter. O.O
(bewildered ~shocked~overwhelmed...envy~)...(haha the last one doesn't count...create effect only)
no sense of shame or remorse. boos~
then the lady told the security to keep it a secret and she'll give her(security) her(lady) facebook. LAME~
then the security said, " woah~ you have a facebook?? that's so cool!! i have one too!"
then they exchanged their hotmails. =.=

(by the way i realised my mistake only yesterday and i informed my supervisor who was very kind and did a refund for me. so i got back my $16.50!! woots~)
